This 4,700 sq. ft. residence lies in Studio City, California and is a remodel of a 1970s ranch style house.
Updated in 2005, the house now has a pavilion-like feel, with large 22-foot tall custom sliding glass doors that connect the interior and exterior. This glass allows the owners to better take advantage of the extraordinary views. An office studio is separated from the house and connected only by an exterior bridge. The project received the AIA Los Angeles Award in 2007.
